Shola Oyekan is the founder and principal of The Closing Firm, with more than 25 years of legal experience and over 20,000 closings conducted — residential and commercial, from first-time buyers to developers and repeat investors.
Before founding the firm in 2009, Shola served as managing attorney of the Stockbridge office of the Law Office of Trey Inman & Associates, PC, overseeing a staff of more than fifteen and every stage of the transaction: title examination, curative work, closing and disbursement.
That background shapes how the firm runs. Title problems are worked rather than passed along, and the attorney who answers for the file is the one who has seen the issue before.
